At HeliDirect, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping box or a similar mailer.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
